Hits : 78

This half-day workshop, presented by Matrix on Board, will explore what you and your team can do to develop a Unique Positioning Statement. A Unique Positioning Statement helps your organisation to differentiate itself from others who are providing similar services and to attract and keep 'clients' and the community who align with your organisations identity. The Unique Positioning Statement is integral to the creation of an NGOs’ Social Value Proposition.

All Non-Profits are currently facing pressure for ongoing funding, to attract new funding, to attract new 'clients'.This workshop will help you to use your knowledge and experience to create strong, values based, positioning statements that are relevant to the community you work with. The workshop is designed for Board and Committee members, Senior Managers of non-profit organisations
